Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year? Yes...we are six months in already! Boy, does time fly!
It’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the intentions you set back in January — or to set fresh ones that align with who you are today.
Life moves quickly, and we often don’t realize how much growth, change, or redirection we’ve experienced until we intentionally stop to reflect. A mid-year check-in can help you celebrate wins, acknowledge what’s no longer serving you, and build an action plan for the next six months with clarity and purpose.
Here are three powerful steps to guide your half-year reset:
Journaling Prompts:
- What have been my biggest wins so far this year?
- What challenges did I face and how did I grow through them?
- In what ways have I changed or evolved since January?
- What habits, routines, or mindsets are no longer serving me?
- What am I most proud of right now?
Journaling Prompts:
- What are my top 3 priorities for the next 6 months?
- How do I want to feel on a regular basis (peaceful, energized, empowered, etc.)?
- What boundaries do I need to create or reinforce?
- Where do I need more support, structure, or self-compassion?
Create Your 6-Month Action Plan:
- Identify 1–3 specific goals to focus on
- Break each goal into small, actionable steps
- Set monthly or bi-weekly milestones
- Schedule check-ins to track your progress
- Celebrate each step forward, no matter how small
A mid-year reset isn’t about being behind — it’s about choosing to live with intention. You still have six beautiful months to move closer to your dreams, deepen your self-awareness, and grow in ways that feel aligned and authentic.
You’ve come so far. And there’s still so much possibility ahead.
You’ve got this — and I’m cheering you on.
